I have the same problem. Mod completely destroys the loot table. Mod weapons showing up in other vendors. To uninstall you have to unsubscribe and then go into documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition/Mod and delete the mods. Shame, as i would have liked to use some of the skins with the vanity mod.

I found that there was an installer under \Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DotNetCore: windowsdesktop-runtime-3.1.8-win-x64. After installing that it would start.
